Good on you Sarah that graph does look great.

You are doing so well staying under your goal and I reckon the exercise is doing it's so the food isn't causing much of a problem.

Progress report: Week 6 (of 15)

1. Weight: Still hanging around the 48.5kg mark.... my clothes are becoming quite large lol.

2. Diet: Well I had a pretty major stuff up on Saturday night at my parents' place and was unable to resist the variety of tempting foods they have there  Had two other nights that I thought I had pigged out, but they pale in comparison! Apart from that it hasn't been toooo bad, and I've confessed all in the food diary, so I'm giving myself half a star for trying

3. Excercise: I worked my bum off this week lol. I went to a Body Attack class on Wednesday morning, which was a spur of the moment decision as I was actually on time to the gym, and remembered that it was on. Also, went to a different gym on Sunday and spent a few hours on all the different cardio machines, and went for a swim. Full marks for me, although I made myself very tired :o

4. Alcohol: Well I had a few drinks last night (sunday)... 5 fairly good sized glasses of wine, which I guess would be around 8 standard drinks or so. I went over my limit, but not by much. It could have been waaaay worse so I'm going to award myself half a star.

5. Reporting: Gosh this is getting boring

4 stars for me :)

Thanks for all the encouragements guys... although I'm not sure I've earnt them :(

This is a bit late, but here goes... this is for week ending Sun 24th (I take a week as meaning Monday to Sunday  )

Progress report: Week 7 (of 15)

1. Weight: Well it was 48.4kg before Christmas (Couldn't help myself... just got back home tonight and had a go of the scales... 52.4kg!!!!!! Trying not to panic  No-one puts on 4kg in three days!)

2. Diet: Started the Christmas pig out early this year is all I can say. And didn't keep up with posting my food diary on here... it would have been far too embarassing! Very disappointed.

3. Excercise: Got it all in and a bit extra lol.

4. Alcohol: Just a couple on the Friday night, yay!

5. Reporting: Bit late but you worry

So in all 4 stars. I'll get a star for my diet one of these days

Now I'm officially panicking... 51.5kg this morning. No, I was not seeing things last night. And just to rub salt into the wounds, got out the tape measure this morning. All are up by 1.5 to 2cm  How can that happen? 3kg in 3 days! Not fat obviously... has to be fluid, and a helluva lot of it  I wouldn't care if I didn't have a dress to fit into for NYE. Poor me

Hi Kate... I have stuffed myself stupid! My stomach still hurts and I feel like I've been run over by a truck

Luckily I'm back at work now (well sitting kinda straight in my chair at my desk... if you call that work!) and only a small collection of leftovers at home. I'll eat them next year!

Think of it this way Sarah, imagine what the scales would say if you had done no exercise! Here's another thought if you are now in a calorie surplus instead of a calorie deficit maybe your muscles have grown bigger thus weighing heavier making the scales go up! Yes, I am trying to convince myself that's what's happened to me. :D

Have decided to ignore all results until Saturday when I weigh in for the end of month. Sigh - what a month!
