Well as my catch cry says I made it,

I might have made it but its sort of like I have gone with out for so long now that I have made it I have let myself off the hook and let myself go crazy...
Ive started cooking again after no cooking and ive gone cra cra,making rocky road and just finished making apple pie.If I make it too Tuesday without too much damage I will be happy,but I have gone a little crazy this week.Lucky ive been doing a lot of walking.

Come Tuesday I have too get my head back into what I know I should be doing,i will be better from now on and tonights dinner will be a normal dinner,tomorrow WILL be better also...

Getting too goal isn't the be all as I know I have too watch it everyday and tomorrow will b no different....
This kid needs too start fresh again tomorrow,
will weigh in tomorrow and again Tuesday..

Reign it back.
Get your healthy lifestyle back together and make sure those treats are occasional treats not long term lifestyle choices.
You have the skills and the discipline to do it - now you just have to follow through and apply it.

It is easier to maintain your weight than having lose it, regain it and then having to lose it yet again.
Don't throw all that good work away for a few lousy food items...you are worth more than that.

I know that you can do it - stay true to yourself! 8)

very happy with the outcome of yesterday,the walking must be really helping and keeping my weight under more control..
yesterdays food intake was very good,and im feeling on top of it yet again...


Courtneys home for a few days and ive made all her favs but this time I haven't gone near them,very happy with myself..

Its always interesting getting closer too a Tuesday,
Should still b ok but one never knows,last week I was thinking I was the same as week before and I was 600 grams lighter and tomorrow im sure ive probably put that on but happy too say will still b at goal and that's all that matters too me..
Im going too b up and down as I don't no how you stay on the same numbers,as long as im with in 1 kg that's what matters.

There is something about the weekly weigh in day that never leaves you even in maintenance.
Maybe its the call of race day to a retired old galloper. :lol:

You will be up and down - that is why it is best to set a band of weight (about 3kg or so) that you will live within. By staying in the middle of that band you will avoid being too heavy or too light...and more able to stop the drift before it becomes a real problem.
