Very happy with my efforts but always have that woman in the back of my head one with a handbreak on and the other pushing me...
We have too wonder why somne weeks we can have control and other weeks its just not there..
The body weight is never constant because life is never constant.
Even if you were able to burn the same amount of calories or eat exactly the same foods (and amounts) each day; it still wouldn't mean the same results. The body is also dealing with variant muscle demands, changing temperature, natural body cycles and a host of other things including aging!
That is why some weeks are easy and others are hard. For myself; at the moment my body is fighting off a persistent cold that is playing havoc with my system. Each day of late has been a battle royal! But the good fight is still worth fighting...it always is!
