Try to use your trip as a focus.
Keep telling yourself the need to "bank" some weight loss for your holiday.
nothing was going too make me happy but a packet of biscuits and not even biscuits that were special..
And I bet they didn't even taste as half as good as you expected them to either.
Every now and again the idea of having a biscuit catches my fancy.
Sometimes (but not often) I allow myself one (by allowing only one - you preserve yourself the temptation of the whole packet...a case of limiting your "sin" before you get right down to it). One bite however does remind me that the idea was better than the practice!
Nowadays they taste so fatty that it isn't appealing at all.
The good thing is that it refreshes my memory just how fatty they are.
When the fancy strikes me again I just recall the taste and dismiss the idea pronto.
Don't beat yourself up over it - rather learn from it instead...far more useful thing to do.
