doing well vanessa. its funny how when we are big we think "no way can i ever do this or that or wear that" and then when you lose the weight and look back you think 'i can achieve anything!'

Week 3 is over and weight has been maintained! Not too bad week however hag just got here and I have really been craving especially at night. I have a few binges the last two nights but was smart enough to binge on lower cal foods. One night I had a whole 1/2 a rockmelon, a couple of ww muffin bars and some sugar free waffers. Same sort of thing for the second. I had two days I didn't really exercise too. Once was when I went into town and spent the entire day shopping, so I did plenty of walking. But the next I did nothing at all. I have done a few 2hr gym sessions and 10km walks on the other days so I think it makes up for the extra food and lack of exercise. So I am still at 68kgs even.

I have had a pretty good week this week. Down 1.4kgs as of this morning. Feeling really great. Done plenty of exercise. Been aware of everything I put in my mouth. Been more aware of my carbs. All in all a great week.

Third trip to the dentist was yesterday. The right half of my mouth is done. Upper and lower. Next time its my front top teeth....the ones that people see when you smile...so exciting!!

Well I haven't updated last week but things were ok. I had a binge session but I am over that. My eating hasn't been perfect but I am back at 65.4kgs so I am happy with that. I have decided that 64kgs in my new goal. I know if I keep my exercise going and don't stuff up my food I will be there no problems really soon.

My front teeth are being done on Friday...so exciting...I will be able to smile again!!

if you can lose taht much, i can certainly lose what i need to lose :)

i hope though, like you, that i go under my goal weight :) but my goal is my goal :)

yay about the teeth too, i remember when i had my braces off, i could finally smile without feeling like i was a rabbit! (buck teeth)

Well its another week down and weight is holding. I have dropped down on my exercise a bit (still doing 5-7 sessions a week but now down to 1-1 1/2hrs rather than 2 or more) mostly because I am so tired. I have completely stopped calorie counting but I still look at everything I eat to assess the content and calories. I do small sums in my head to make sure I haven't eaten too much for the day. Normally I am doing well with it. Our wedding anniversary was yesterday and hubby took me out to sizzlers. It was very nice and I splurged by having both a slice of cheese bread and a small desert but I certainly didn't over do it and felt great when I got home.
