Hi!
I'm a Newie! Hoping to get a new direction to lose the extra weight that makes my knees weak and ankles ache, among other things... I find it frustrating that I have given up smoking (pkt. a day) for years now, yet I cannot find my on/off button for eating! Biggest issue is my eyes are bigger than my tum. and lack of exercise. and so on..... So I hope to learn from others here and try out your ideas. Any suggestions always welcome. Thanks, Debsky. :)

Oh I do like that the on and off button for eating
wouldn't it be wonderful
I would like three tablets for three meals a day and tell myself this is it
no more food
Welcome and good luck its a long journey but oh so worth it

debra :) sing out if you need anything. have a browse about the forum and read all the tips :) check out the food and exercise diaries to see where you need to be heading in terms of healthy eating and exercise :)
