I'm a Newie! Hoping to get a new direction to lose the extra weight that makes my knees weak and ankles ache, among other things... I find it frustrating that I have given up smoking (pkt. a day) for years now, yet I cannot find my on/off button for eating! Biggest issue is my eyes are bigger than my tum. and lack of exercise. and so on..... So I hope to learn from others here and try out your ideas. Any suggestions always welcome. Thanks, Debsky.
