Jennifer Love Hewitt for me - With all her curves preferably - She is perfectly proportioned and her face and smile - she is so beautiful, but then again, with all those stylists and fashion experts and money and managers and assistants and personal trainers and botox and plastic surgery and nanny's and therapists and house cleaners and chef's at our beck and call (not to mention that airbrush!!) we could all be like that too! *gggg*

As a huge Doctor Who fan most of my inspiration comes from the actresses who play Rose Tyler (Billie Piper) and Martha Jones (Freema Agyeman).

Naturally I loved Kylie as Astrid when she was in Doctor Who, but I find it self-defeating to look towards tiny small-framed women for inspiration. No matter how much I diet I'm always going to have broad shoulders and a wide pelvis, and I'm not going to shrink my height by 3 inches!

My Celebrity inspiration would be Jennifer Hawkins, first and foremost. Otherwise I highly admire curvy women like Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce and Kim Kardashian. I also love Jennifer Aniston.

Not really... who is he? ;)

Still, my favorites are Ryan Reynolds and George Clooney.

It's hard to set realistic goals for your journey, especially when we are all constantly bombarded by what hollywood deems "the perfect figure"- often completely unrealistic for many women.

I'm slowly coming to understand what's realistic for me- my hips aren't going anywhere and no matter how much chicken I eat, my boobs will probably be tiny for ever!

My ideal female figures would be Stephanie Rice and Kim Kardashian (except for Kim's boobs...v. jealous! )

Hopefully all my gym work will pay off...it may actually be time for a reassessment...and my goal weight will have me reflecting a hot bod like these girlies!

My inspiration: Lisa Lyon

Postby Mogget » Sun Aug 16, 2009 2:07 pm

Since taking up weight lifting I am all about strength and being toned - Lisa Lyon manages that while still having great femininity (often missing in female body builders) - plus we have similar body type so this should be attainable for me if I put in the hard yards...
