So tonight I was looking at the scales... 6kg down from when i started. So i went to my weights, racked up 6kg and holy shitties.... I was stunned! In 3.5 weeks i had lost an amount of weight comparable to what I use to workout... I had never referenced the physical weight to the numbers. Numbers are just maths... I never understood them and I don't care as long as they are going my way, but put that into reality and we really are acheiving something here!!
