3. sad and downpulling feelings
4. wanting to give up
5. The ability to always be found frowning!
1. the strength to get up and do some darmed exercise
2. the ability to look in the mirror, see whats their and not cry. Just smile and inspire yourself to loose that weight!
3. Know right foods from wrong, and ENJOY THEM
4. love being yourself more with each day.
So even if you havent lost any weight get, you're recovering mentally just from trying
