Nope - that's 100 pounds (50kgs) of fat, sitting on a table... since finding that pic, every time I look at unhealthy food now I think about that table of fat - it's enough to put ANYONE off their lunch! Lol, I'm soo sorry that it's grossing people out...
Here's my Weight Loss Motivation: Start viewing weight lose as a lifestyle change. Don't just focus on your physical aspect of losing weight also, focus on your attitude and mindset and above all be flexible!
These are great ideas for the motivation, and this is the basic factor for the weight loss. I always give more preferance to the motivation for the exercise and weight loss.
