"Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, it's almost a cinch you're right"
So what do you think you can or can't do?
Self-belief is tough, and it definitely depends on what sort of action you're taking. If you've talked yourself out of another workout, or into a naughty eating session, it's easy to think you can't. That you're failing. But if you can convince yourself to pass on even 10% of the rubbish you normally eat, or to commit to just 5 extra minutes of exercise each day, you're building self-belief, self-confidence, and almost certain success. You just gotta keep going!
