So many - JP1, Brendan and Dave I find inspiring because they put a lot of time and energy into their posts and take an interest in others... I think a lot of the people on here are inspiring because of their achievements, too many to name.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"

Shalimar: I've read all the way through her progress thread twice now. Awesome stuff.
Dave: I admire the way he tries stuff and reports his results with detailed commentaries.
The moderators: For cleaning up the spam and a number of excellent articles.
The other regulars: I value all the bits and pieces I pick up from their posts, useful ideas, points of view that make me think, etc. The fact that they're trying to change is pretty important, and I see them as fellow travellers along the road to good health.
Striving to improve in every way possible.
