Weight loss: find something that works for you and stick with it for life. Give up that notion that you can go back to the way you ate one you finish your 'diet', unless you want it all back that is.
Life - who am I kidding, I'm 24, I wouldn't know jack about life yet. Apart from that it's what you fill it with.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
