I found this quote by Lance Armstrong in an exercise book, and now it hangs in my weights training room for those days when I need that extra push to get going.
"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year. But eventually it will subside and something else will take it's place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever."

I laughed so hard at that! It's true, and it's sad... but it's funny!
