Apart from a little exercise and the jenny craig food most the time that was with little effort. When i took a new department store management position i think ive lost about 20kg in 6 weeks (i didnt have scales until 2 weeks ago) and now im only 1 week into "trying" to loose weight again and ive only lost 400gm.

BTW everyone this is my hubby. See what I have to deal with..............I slug my guts out exercising & the weight has just fallen off him without any effort & eating crappy foods. Well not anymore, he is going to eat the foods I eat & is going to be my PT for now

Oh and I'm loosing just under a kilo a week. I'm happy with that. Any loss is a good loss I think :D

2kgs a week to start, which dwindled to 1kg a week, then 500g now it's between 200 and 300g a week. Talk about slow going. At this rate the 8.7kgs I have left to lose will take the rest of the year!!! :(

When I actually put a little effort in and walk every day or so, it was usually about 1-1.4kg a week. BUT this was before I drank all the time.
