I drink lots of water to feel full.. not hungry thirsty I tell myself. I have tried appetite suppressants and I dont recommend them. They can send you crazy/ manic or paranoid.
(phentermine/ duromine/ tenuate).. they also loose their effect after a while and just leave you with the "crazy" side effects.
I have tried hoodia in the past and that worked for a while to decrese appetite. I also tried Satilean from GNC which is expensive bt works similar and well. Only use it rarely. Have tried xantrax/ hydroxycut good energy boost but can make eel agitated or irritable.
Best thing is to think thin. START TODAY and NOT TOMORROW
DOCUMENT what you are eating to see where you may have problems and also keep you accountable.
Eat every 4hrs or so, protein with every meal. small meals ..
Drink 2ltr water per day
