What do you do to ASSIST weightloss? Tips Please!

In conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise of course. Do you have any secrets/tips that work?

Here are mine

1) lemon with warm water in the morning...helps bowel movements
2) Take flaxseed tablet/zinc daily - find I get really good skin/nails even when I'm dieting
3) Strawberries - So little calories and I don't feel deprived!
4) Try on clothes I want to look fabulous in!
5) Visualise how good I'll look and great I'll feel
6) Go to bed slightly hungry
7) Think about thin censored!

I forgot to add...

8) I never buy anything that could tempt me to binge
9) Brush my teeth or paint my nails or do my hair when I'm hungry
10) Look at celebrity websites for thinspiration!

I generally eat when Im hungry, like today for example I ate Lunch at 11am so that I don't snack on unhealthy stuff inbetween.
Other than that nothing really besides exercise.

I love the lemon drink in the morning idea! I really should start doing this also. I always think about it, then end up reaching for the caffeine instead :oops:

I drink lots of water to feel full.. not hungry thirsty I tell myself. I have tried appetite suppressants and I dont recommend them. They can send you crazy/ manic or paranoid.
(phentermine/ duromine/ tenuate).. they also loose their effect after a while and just leave you with the "crazy" side effects.
I have tried hoodia in the past and that worked for a while to decrese appetite. I also tried Satilean from GNC which is expensive bt works similar and well. Only use it rarely. Have tried xantrax/ hydroxycut good energy boost but can make eel agitated or irritable.

Best thing is to think thin. START TODAY and NOT TOMORROW
DOCUMENT what you are eating to see where you may have problems and also keep you accountable.
Eat every 4hrs or so, protein with every meal. small meals .. :)
Drink 2ltr water per day
