Currently, I'm sticking to 1800 calories or under. This may seem high, that's because I have quite a large weight and I will reduce my calorie intake as I get smaller, and my calorie demands are lower.

It says I need about 2600 cal / day to maintain. I've been aiming to eat less than 2000 per day, but not really counting extremely closely. I figure 3 decent meals a day with light snacks, or 2 meals if I eat fast food is close enough to keep it down.
