I've posted this in weight loss talk before I saw this section:

Ok, since 14/09 I have lost 30.5cm (all measurements added together) (I hope you all know what that means coz I don't know how to explain it...). This has been by eating (90%) good, doing cardio 3x (at least) a week and one weights+cardio session with a PT.

have the SCALES NOT GONE DOWN?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! arghhhhh

The clothes I have in the cupboard fit better...

When I try on clothes in shops, they don't (this was at Cue, Portmans etc)

and People don't go WOW, you've lost weight..

Or am I just a bit kookoo?

Firstly its great that you have lost so many cms, thats fab! :D Secondly, if your clothes fit better, that is definately something you should go by, rather than kgs lost, as you may be building muscle (and muscle weighs more than fat) thridly If you have lost 30cms all over, it may be something like this-
3cms off neck
2cm off left leg
1 cm off right leg
4cm off left arm
3cm off right arm
6cm off waist etc little bits all adding up to 30cms if u know what I mean? You are doing well though either way, keep at it :D xx

Put on your old clothes, and notice how much baggier they are! Don't get too hung up on the scales, what you lose in fat you probably gained in muscle!

People will start to notice the diference - wait til you run into someone you haven';t seen in ages!

Good luck, hang in there!

30cms is quite a good effort. I would say use teh clothes in your cupboard as a guide. I have a size 14 pair of pants in my cupboard that I am just getting into, yet I went to BigW and put on a size 16 and I couldn't get them up.

Sizing is not consistent in womens clothing

% Body Fat
Start: 36.3%
Current: 35.4%
Goal: 27%

1st mini Goal: 80kg by christmas
