I vary. For the last couple of weeks I have been having an egg for breakfast. I need the protein in the moring to get me through to lunch.
This week I made a fritata on Sunday night to have for breakfast for the week. If you're interested the recipe is:
3/4 cup of cheese
1 cup of milk
salt and pepper to taste
and I also put some canned corn in too
I find that making something at the start of the week helps me make sure I do eat something good for breakfast cause it is already there and doens't need any preparation in the morning if that makes sense... good for me cause I'm not a morning person and like to sleep as much as i can
