I'm asking a lot of questions today
Anyway, I find that when I really go overboard on sugars and carbs (usually at my parents' place, cos that's where they all are lol), I really swell up, I guess it's fluid retention from the carbs. Anyway, I swell up so badly that my skin starts to hurt. You can't even touch me without it hurting. And going for a run.. forget it!
Does that sound normal??? Am I the only one who gets this
