Ive recently finnished school and im now on break meaning a massive lifestyle change. I admit i havent been paying attention to my weight as i normally dont. But ive lost alot in a short time. Ive always been overweight so its a good thing, i would just like to know what is a reasonable/realistic/healthy amount of weight to lose in a certain period of time. I tried looking at various sites i found through google and nothing helped, so i thought i would sign up and ask...

Or 1% of your body weight per week!

Hope this helps!
