Because I have big breasts, they seem to be heading south a bit more. I was just wondering if there were any exercises (without expensive machines and stuff) that can be done to try and bring them back up a little bit.

wear a good bra when exercising and also invest in a good one (suzanna and trinny- what not to wear) swear by this as making you look slimmer and have a longer waist.

exercise wise work those mucsles around your pecs. talk to a personal trainer.. or alternatively you can use weights or cans and lift from shoulder to join over your head. works arms and part of pecs. push ups I have been told are also good.

sadly there isn't alot apart from surgery that can fix them 100% but as mimosa suggested you can strengthen up your pecs which will make a difference.

A good bra professionally fitted is a godsend. I am a 16E at the moment, have been ranged from 10DD to this all my life so I know what its like to have a large chest!

Try some pushups, requires no equipment at all!

But Nikki's right, unfortunately you can only do so much :(

building up your upper body strenth works a little, but bigger boobied gals will always battle gravity unfortunately. A good bra does wonders as does losing that bit of extra fat off 'em.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
