weight loss

Postby mimosa8 » Sun Dec 02, 2007 12:53 pm

is it possible to lose more than 5kg in a month?

I now have a wedding on the 7th jan and want to lose 8 kg or more..

i dont want to crash diet. but thinking of doing 1 + hrs cardio per day and tightening up diet.

I am currently losing 0.5 kg or so a week and im not regularly exercising.

Any input would be appreciated.

I cant stand the thought of going to my slim friends wedding overweight and with these bingo arms. She had always known me to be slim.

first of all, if she is your friend then I'm sure she won't care what weight you are.

However if you really want to do it, you should be able to lose about 5 kg in 1 month. Thats 1.2kg a week, which is totally doable if you are really strict and exercise.

Good luck!

It sounds totally doable but make sure you keep your water levels up and don't let it catch up with you after the wedding :?
