does anyone know about calorie ccyling and wht amounts they should eat??

I read somewhere from body for life you should condition yourself to fat burn but stoking your metoblism by eating high cals..

not sure about this one though.

Id be scared to eat 2200 - 2800 cals

they say you shouldnt go under 1200 cals per day as it decreses your metoblism (starvation mode)

The more I read the more I am confused.

*thanks*

Calorie Cycling goes like this.

Say you want to eat 1500 calories per day?

Well... You mix it up every day of the week, but still averaging 1500 calories per day.

EG.

Monday: 1300
Tuesday: 1500
Wednesday: 1700
Thursday: 1400
Friday: 1900
Saturday: 1200
Sunday 1500

So you go up and down throughout the week.

The purpose is so your body doesnt get used to it and adjusts its metabolism. I dont know though... i havent seen any really reliable sources.

I rarely eat the same thing ever day.

So some days I'll have 1300 calories some days i'll have 2000. I dont plan to do this its just life!

Yep I weight train as well as cardio. I try to go 3 days a week, for about 30 minutes. I do about 30-60 minutes of cardio every day too.

I seem to do this too, not intentionally though, I just don't eat the same everyday.

If I make really strict rules, I cannot follow them and give up too soon.

I don't do it intentially either... It just happens.

I think this may be the reason I haven't had a plateau? You knows! The human body is SUCH a mystery!
