Hey Everyone!! I'm back!! :D
My question is what is everyone doing for Christmas??
Are you throwing caution to the wind and eat to enjoy and not worrying about your diets at christmas? OR
Sticking to your diet like any other day?
Half of me is thinking about writing off this week to after new year, and enjoying myself.
I got to goal about a week ago WOOHOO!!! :D

hi bear hope you had a nice christmas, i seen no one replied to your post! so i just thought id add that special occasions like christmas and birthdays, i stay aware of what i am putting into my mouth, but i dont turn things down because im watching what i eat. i am not one to want to look back on an event and realise i didnt enjoy it because i was exercising myself too hard, or i didnt eat what everyone else was eating. as long as you dont stay guilty over your relapse then you can enjoy the day and start afresh the following morning :) best wishes :)

Sorry, I missed this post before Christmas! Better late then never in answering I suppose! I treated myself and ate more naughty things than I'd usually allow myself to eat, but tried to fill up mostly on healthy food so I wouldn't gain too much weight. Alcohol and mixed nuts ended up being my Achilles Heel over the holiday period!

Christmas new year what a blur! I think I relaxed my diet!!Over the festive season I gained about 3kgs :oops: But I'm not worried! It will come off!!
Enjoyed myself so that's the main thing! :wink:
