Ok guys, I would like to know which is the most reliable and accurate way of finding out your BF %?
When I joined Curves not long ago, they typed some info into this hand held computer thingy and then I had to put both my palms on the handles of it and stand up. It read it as 20.6% I've lost 1.5kgs then, and finally worked out how to find out my BF% on my digital scales. This morning it told me my BF was 23%!
Which one should I take notice of?
If the digital scales are not an accurate way, which is the best at home method to use? Or should I just get it done at Curves once a month?
