Yes Megan, i'm the same. What I get full on now would have NEVER filled me up a few months back.
I think that its either shrinkage or just getting used to new eating habbits.
Someone that ate 3 sandwiches for lunch would not feel full on 1 the next day. Someone that eats 1 sandwich for lunch and feels full would feel like they would throw up after 3!
I used to be able to eat 4 pieces of toast for breakfast, and now, 1 piece with some fruit would have me feeling stuffed!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
