I eat mostly fruit and veg (with cereal breakfast and a roll for lunch) and most days are under 1320 calories without considering what I'm burning at the gym....so i guess a net of around 1000...??
Should I be eating more or am I calculating all wrong....I've been stuck on 72.5kg for 3 weeks now...AUGH....confused!!!

I'm 31, 168cm...and not particularly small!! You may be right about the 1650 caloaries - maybe the 1320 was to lose the weight....
1.4kg per 4 weeks is VERY do-able!! I'm completely re-inspired now...when you look at the big picture - for me 7 kilos - it seems like such a long way off and sometimes unobtainable, but broken down like that makes it look easy...well....easier!!
