it all depends on whats good for you.
I used to be a member but I didn't like the repetative nature of it.
I don't know if you know how it works but basically its a 10 machine circuit with stations in between. When I was going you get 30 mins to go around twice. You get 30 seconds on each machine and 30 seconds on the in-between stations. When I went you jog on the spot on the station but I have heard that they now get you to do different things, eg side kicks etc.
There are no other machines or classes, so you go for 30 mins, do 2 circuits then leave. Some people love it, some people don't. If you want variety in your workout or want to be able to do a spin class or body pump etc I suggest a proper gym.
I suggest seeing if you can go for a trial period perhaps as it is $50 to cancel if you join up.
