YES! Bought the book - it is pretty much repackaged Atkins with a psycholgy twist.
He talks a lot about how you don't have to diet or exercise, then proceeds to tell you that if you have the right mindset your body will ''crave" healthy food and exercise! That's pretty much what you could expect?
It then goes on to recommend a high protein, low carbohydrate diet (and he admits he consulted Dr Atkins along the way) - I agree with all that as I find if I have enough protein I don't get hungry at all, but it's NOT NEW.
If you are easily influenced by psychobabble it's probably a good buy, otherwise skip it!
