Vitamin Water

Postby Rachel85 » Wed Mar 19, 2008 11:09 am

Yesterday I finally found Vitamin Water at one of our local grocery stores. I was just wondering is Vitamin Water actually good for you? Someone told me it was and then another person said it wasn't. I'm currently doing Weight Watchers and wanted to find out how many points it's worth but haven't been able to find anything.

I'm not sure about the points, but I'd be checking out the sugar content, and possibly the sodium also. I can't imagine the calories or the points would be all that low :?

All I know is that they're bloody expensive!!! I think I'll just keep taking my multi-vitamin in the morning and eat lots of fruit and veg!

Hey there,

Personally I find them too high in sugar. Its OK once in a while, but you'd be better off with a multivitamin once a day.

Oh and if you're on a low carb diet (like me), you should avoid them. :D

Thanks, I think I will try multi-vitamin. Do you just buy those at a chemist?

Oh yeah. Chemist, Priceline, your local supermarket.

I buy the Blackmores Multi Slow Release - so far so good. But best you pop into a chemist and ask for one that best suits your needs.
