I've been taking multi vitamins and cranberry supplements (I'm anti biotics which usually causes me a yeast infection - cranberry supplements are supposed to help with this - and, so far so good!).
I take them at about 8am...I just went to the loo and my pee is still bright yellow (it's just after 1.30). I know if your body doesn't need the vitamins / minerals, it just gets rid of them....should it take this long? Am I wasting my time / money taking them?
I'm drinking plenty of water before you ask!!! Hehe
