As the title says. I need to eat more food today. I have eaten breakfast than a snack than lunch than a snack and I already have my afternoon snack, dinner and dessert set out but I still have about 8 weight watchers points I need to use after all this. How do I do this? GRRRR this is frustrating me. I have healthy foods here to snack on but should I eat them and when should I have them? Thanks in advance..
If you're trying to add more points into your day, maybe try making your snacks more substantial?
Jatz crackers (low-fat ones) with cottage cheese = 2 points Jatz crackers with low-fat cheddar cheese = 2.5 points 2 pieces of fruit per day If you like sweets/desserts then work these into your daily points too (though prob not good to do this everyday) Add some bread into your lunch = 1-2 points Nut bars = 1.5 points (I eat the trail bars)
What about having a handful of nuts? They're quite high in calories so only a few of them should bring you up to your necessary points, but they're packed with healthy fats and nutrients so they're incredibly good for you.
