Calorie King will tell you how many carbs, protein & fats you should be eating daily. To calculate these, you'll need to complete the personal profile which can be found under account settings.
On the diary page (where you enter the foods you've eaten) there is a preferences option at the top of the day. If you click this, you can choose which nutrients are displayed on your diary page. Then at the bottom of each day, the total carbs/protein/fats etc will be shown.
Calorie King doesn't give any indication for sugars and fibre, but I would think you should be able to find them on a nutrition website. Try googling daily recommended intake???
