I used to think along the same lines as you Katie, that you've got to lose more weight by eating less. But I discovered that's not true! I was really unsure about it, then I thought I'd give Calorie King and the whole calorie counting thing a go for a couple of weeks to see how it went...and I haven't looked back, you really do have to eat more than you would think to lose weight. I actually find it hard to eat what has been recommended for me most of the time, but I try to keep it up there if I can. At least on those days where you want to eat a bit more, or indulge in alcohol, etc, you can, and you can do it guilt free! I have lost over 8kg since starting calorie counting in around the middle of January and I seem to be losing more as I go along. Just give it a go for a couple of weeks and see how you go!
