experience with Ultralite

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone has had any success with the Ultralite program? I am waning to lose about 20kg. Is it expensive and does it teach you how to keep it off? I would appreciate any comments. Thanks

Hi there,

I went for a consultation with a rep re: UL about a couple of months ago.

Basically, they've got a 5 and 10 week program, which you are to follow depending on how much weight you need to lose.

For example: I have 50 kg to lose. Therefore, I need to probably purchase 3 x 10 week programs @ $900 (approx) each, plus the maintenance stage in between the programs. Not sure how much they cost.

So, basically, the way I understood this works is:

10 week program - $900
Maintenance - $?
10 week program - $900
Maintenance
10 Week program $900

Plus all the sachets that you need to take in between meals, which cost about $1.80 per sachet and you have to take 4 a day.

I decided not to take up the program simply because of the cost involved and the measuring of food - the portions need to be exact.

Good luck.
