I know this topic has been and gone but I just thought i'd ask everyone if they have any tips on jazzing up the water?
All this water is making me feel a little ill
Do you add anything to your water to flavour it? I'm not quite sure if getting some low fat/sugar cordial is defeating the purpose. Are there any alternatives? And does anyone know of any cordial that isn't TOO bad for you? I really dont like the plain taste of water
Also, how vital is it to drink this 2L of water? I'm also trying to do it in work time so i'm not running to the bathroom during the night (i already have a problem with this, i dont want it to get worse), but im finding that i've had about 300ml of water in the las 45mins and my stomache is hurting. I mean, its really quite painful. I don't know why this is happening, i only started drinking the water today. Does anyone else have this problem? Is my stomache just trying to get used to having all this water without all the other crap in it?
