Since i've changed my diet and started exercising etc.. i've noticed that my lips seem to be drying out and tasting salty. I've cut out alot of salt from my diet, i used to add garlic salt to EVERYTHING, including sandwiches. I don't think ive added salt to anything since i've been on a diet.
I'm trying to drink as much water as i can, but I can't stomache it! If I drink too much of it, i feel bloated and sick. I usually manage 750ml in 8hrs at work, and thats on a good day. Could this mean I need more water? Or am i LACKING salt or is my body getting rid of all that excess salt thats build up over the years?
