I got off to my local Angus & Robs today to find something to inspire me ... here is what they say are their most popular dieting books: ... ealth/diet

I'm ploughing through what everyone is saying on the other threads about the first two (Gabriel and censored) ... does anyone one know anything about any of the others?

Hi - I was thinking about getting the You, Staying Young book. I did catch the Oprah show on it and I am a marketers dream. I also like the Dr Phil book so maybe I am falling into the American culture too much, I'm not sure. I do have a number of other "self-help" books, I could probably open a library. I guess I like these ones because the message seems to be eat healthy, exercise and change your lifestyle. It's my new plan - cook everything that goes into my mouth from fresh ingredients, cut out junk and exercise everyday. Hmmm, don't think I've answered your question...sorry

good luck :D
