Body For Life - Your Thoughts....

Hi -

I am considering using the Body For LIfe excercise program and would appreciate any feedback you may have. I have already lost the weight I wanted to lose using another weight loss program - that I really like and will stick with. I want to start an excercise program for the next step. I was thinking about using the Body For Life excercise program - but not the protein shakes. Has anyone done this? Any positives or negatives you would like to share would be great - or other similar programs you may have used.

My apologies if this has already been covered - if so can you please point me in that direction?

I have just had a look a the Interval training web site where i found the body for life exercise program. It looks extremly full on, not knowing your fitness level is I would start with 30 or 60 second intervals and build up from there, good luck which ever way you decide to go. :)
