I am considering using the Body For LIfe excercise program and would appreciate any feedback you may have. I have already lost the weight I wanted to lose using another weight loss program - that I really like and will stick with. I want to start an excercise program for the next step. I was thinking about using the Body For Life excercise program - but not the protein shakes. Has anyone done this? Any positives or negatives you would like to share would be great - or other similar programs you may have used.
