I can never understand how it all works, for me i believe its easier to treat exercise as a seperate thing and not worry about those caleries- any exercise is just a bonus on top of your healthy eating. But like i said, i dont really understand how it works so i could be wrong

it really depends on the person and how many calories your allowed to eat, im on 1840 calories a day so i dont eat my exercise calories back, but if i was on 1200 calories a day and doing 400 calories worth of exercise i would eat them back or i would be starving!
play it by ear, if your not hungry dont eat them if your starving then do
listen to your body, it knows best :)

yeah that's how i've been treating it. I was using the calorie king book then decided to use the net one. The difference in foods is amazing. Fruit has fat in the online version and none in the book. Why is this? :?

the eating back food cals is just too confusing.
