Personally , I don't mind the shakes...there's no choice about what to eat so you just get on with it . I lost 10 kilos fast and easily , I was walking every day too though. I wouldn't say it is sustainable over a long period of time , but a great kick start , then just reintroduce your diet foods slowly meal by meal.The shakes are pricey....but let's face it you don't eat anything else either !!! Make sure you buy the ones that have all the essential vitamins added.
I feel duty bound to make one last honest statement........if the shakes had allowed me to get it off and keep it off......................I wouldn't be here.
