What is your opinion on the shakes?

Good, bad or ugly?

Is it a quick fix? I've heard lots of success stories

I am a bit on the fence when it comes to shakes, I think they are great if your combining them with a healthy diet but not if thats all your having. I love the tony furguson soups- they make a great lunch.
I do not believe anything can replace a well balanced diet

There are thousands of different weight loss methods and some people do really well on them, I did try many of them and am glad I did. Along the way it helped me realise the importance of healthy eating and exercise. I just dont think these sort of plans should be a long term solution.

Personally , I don't mind the shakes...there's no choice about what to eat so you just get on with it . I lost 10 kilos fast and easily , I was walking every day too though. I wouldn't say it is sustainable over a long period of time , but a great kick start , then just reintroduce your diet foods slowly meal by meal. The shakes are pricey....but let's face it you don't eat anything else either !!! Make sure you buy the ones that have all the essential vitamins added.
I feel duty bound to make one last honest statement........if the shakes had allowed me to get it off and keep it off......................I wouldn't be here.
Food for thought (so to speak)
