being sick

Postby Skinnydude » Mon Feb 02, 2009 10:43 pm

i was 87kg... but then i got sick with a pretty bad flu. i stopped running but still more or less ate the same and noticed my weight went down to 85kg so i lost 2kg while sick. Now that i have come to the end of my flu i weighed myself and iv put that two kilos back on. is this common? Is this the body holding onto more water, as I have read that water is one of the first things lost during illness. or is my body storing more fats. heaps confused atm
