I decided that for a few weeks I will jump back onto calorieking.com.au and see if being more controled will help shift more of this weight. I have been working out my menu plan for next week and doing really well but then I looked down the bottom to see how many Carbs Fat and Protien % of the total calories - It was about 40- 50% carbs, around 20% fat and around 30% protein. These figures dont really mean much to me so dont know what I should be having. I had a look in my profile but there it talks in grams not % so I dont know if I am having too much and if so what % of my calories should come from carbs, fat and protein.
I need to know as I am not going to all this effort if its still not right- calories is not everything, it needs to be combined with these 3 things to ensure its a balanced menu so I am hoping someone can clarify this for me.
