Exercise and Food

When I walk home from work I'm usually hungry so I eat my sandwich as I walk. Is this good or bad thing to do or does it not matter?

I think as a choking hazard it's not a great idea! Could you take a few moments to sit down and eat your sandwich before you walk home?

Plus it makes you feel like you've really eaten if you sit down, take your time and make eating an experience. You're less likely to "forget" about the sandwich then. Plus, sandwiches are yummy and deserve to be enjoyed :)

Hi Amethyst,
It's great to see you walking - it really is one of the best exercises for weightloss.
It's best if you sit down and eat and really focus on the eating part - it's kind of allowing the brain to register that you have eaten.
