Plus it makes you feel like you've really eaten if you sit down, take your time and make eating an experience. You're less likely to "forget" about the sandwich then. Plus, sandwiches are yummy and deserve to be enjoyed

Hi Amethyst, It's great to see you walking - it really is one of the best exercises for weightloss. It's best if you sit down and eat and really focus on the eating part - it's kind of allowing the brain to register that you have eaten. Cheers,
