Okie dokie. This is going to sound a tad weird, but im oftern stuck in these situations.
So say you had, 1/4 - 1/3 a plate of salad or steamed vegs and then either a 1/4 plate of potato or 1/4 plate of meat. Is it better to have more meat or more potatoes?
More potatoes = extra carbs
but more meat may be more calories?
