Ok so i have a Wii at home but I dont have Wii Fit...
I do alot of working out, bike riding, running etc and consider myself pretty fit
blah blah...but with this cold weather hit, riding my bike to the gym is seeming less and less appealing!! We are thinking about setting up a gym in our garage with free weights, kick bags, plus my x trainer but my q is would getting wii fit be of benefit as well?? How much of a workout is it?? Would it get my heart rate up, what does it involve??? What are the different "games" i can buy?
Thanks guys - any advice would be great! I could get up early in the mornings and work out before work for an hour at least if it is really a good workout!
