One for the ladies (warning, girly stuff fellas)

Postby Julz » Tue Jun 16, 2009 8:10 pm

I have a question for all the ladies here who have lost a bit of weight or dramtically changed their diet... Has it affected your monthly cycle?

I ask because ttotm is well is very late and I have been fairly regular for last few years it only went out of whack at my heaviest weight 5 yrs ago and I was eating crap. I am definately not pregnant, I have done a test to be on the safe side. I also have pcos. I'm not too concerned about it at the moment. I just want to know if anyone else has had this experience after a big lifestyle change?

when i first lost a lot of weight it kinda went a bit haywire! i was on the pill...nowadays i am a la naturale and I am 100% regular..
it happens when you change up the routine but maybe best to see your doctor if symptoms persist

It could be your body re adjusting to hormone levels from the affect your weight loss has had on your PCOS. It isn't uncommon to miss periods with PCOS so if your normally regular your very lucky... give it a little more time to see what happens... if your still worried then make a appointment with your doctor.
