Good "filler" food for when you are hungry?

What would you guys consider a good "filler" food, as in food to consume when you are hungry outside of meal times (but not snacking)....

For example would consuming yoghurt be a good low-fat option? Or even, a bowl of cereal perhaps?

I find low fat yoghurt or a skim flat white or even a handful of dried fruit/almond mix a good filler :D

If you're craving carbs I find rice thins to be a good filler and very low in fat and calories. I usually put a little hommus on them for flavour and protein, but you can also get flavoured rice thins which are delicious (but quite high in salt).

Fruit is pretty good as a snack between meals, too.
