Ok so I have a free weights set and I have a fit ball to use as a bench and I have the long bar and resistance bands! Just wondering if anyone has a routine that they do that they can recommend?
So far I do...
Triceps - extensions
Biceps - curls
Shoulders - extensions
Back - these weird things where i lift my shoulder then my arm - boyfriend taught
Chest - press with barbell
Abs - LOTS of different things (russian twists plus leg raises, obliques)
Squats - full and half
ANything else anyone can recommend? I would love to follow a set program if anyone has one!!
